Working across both individual and group therapy, the team also partners with schools, childcare centres and community organisations to deliver practical, goal-focused support. With an experienced Speech Pathology team, multidisciplinary collaboration and consistent supervision built into practice, this is an opportunity for an experienced Speech Pathologist who enjoys clinical autonomy while remaining well supported.

About the Role

Your role will include:

  • Mixed lifespan caseload from paediatrics through to adults or an entirely paediatric caseload
  • Autonomy of your schedule and flexibility in preferred hours and days
  • A mix of in-clinic and community based work
  • Community travel kept local where possible, generally within 5km of either the clinic or your home base
  • Full-time preferred, with part-time considered
  • Fortnightly clinical supervision can be based on your preference
Why this Role
  • Join an established Speech Pathology team including Team Leader, Senior and Junior clinicians
  • Genuine multidisciplinary collaboration alongside Occupational Therapists
  • Hybrid clinic and community model with local travel allocation
  • Fortnightly supervision tailored to your experience and preferences
  • Balanced KPI expectation of 25 billable hours per week, with reduced billable targets for senior clinicians providing supervision
  • Opportunity to increase earnings through an alternative higher billable model if preferred
  • Additional salary available for clinicians choosing to work full Saturdays
About You

  • Current SPA membership
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • Current Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary of $95,000 - $120,000 + Super
  • Hybrid clinic and community work model
  • Local travel with clients clustered around either the clinic or your home base
  • Flexiblity in working hours and days including part time options
  • Opportunity for higher remuneration through increased billable model if desired
What’s on Offer

This is an opportunity to join an established multidisciplinary practice with experienced clinical leadership, strong referral demand and genuine flexibility in how you work.

If you enjoy working across a diverse lifespan caseload while maintaining a balanced mix of clinic and community work, this team offers the structure, autonomy and support to continue developing your career.
