Our client is a well-established national allied health provider delivering community-based services. Their multidisciplinary team supports clients across the lifespan, with Speech Pathologists working alongside experienced clinicians in a collaborative, evidence-based environment.
Speech Pathologists are supported by Speech Pathologists, ensuring discipline-specific mentoring, supervision and career development from clinicians who understand the profession. About the role
As a community-based Speech Pathologist, you will support clients across a varied caseload while delivering person-centred, evidence-based interventions.
Your role will include:
- Conducting comprehensive communication and swallowing assessments
- Developing individualised therapy plans for clients across the lifespan
- Delivering therapy within community settings and from the Cabramatta clinic
- Working collaboratively with families, carers, educators and other allied health professionals
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports
- Full-time opportunities with flexible working arrangements, including ability to work from the clinic in Cabramatta, work-from-home options where appropriate
- Structured supervision and support from experienced Speech Pathologists
- Speech Pathologists are clinically managed and supervised by experienced Speech Pathologists
- Early career and experienced clinicians are both encouraged to apply

- Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
- Minimum 1 year experience with NDIS clients
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver's licence and vehicle
- $90,000 - $115,000 + Super
