Our client is a well-established multidisciplinary allied health provider in Campbelltown with an outstanding reputation for supporting clinicians to build long-term, rewarding careers. With a large multidisciplinary team member across two purpose-built clinics, you'll be joining an experienced team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Counsellors and Therapy Assistants who work closely together to deliver high-quality care across the lifespan.
The clinics have been thoughtfully designed to provide an exceptional environment for both clinicians and clients, supported by a dedicated administration team who manage bookings, enquiries and diary coordination, allowing therapists to focus on clinical work. Weekly supervision, approachable leadership and genuine investment in professional growth are all part of everyday practice.
About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist, you'll work across a varied lifespan caseload that can be tailored around your experience and clinical interests.
Your role will include:
- Predominantly clinic-based therapy (approximately 70 to 80%)
- Opportunity to provide home visits if this aligns with your interests
- Ability to choose your caseload - either across the lifespan or with paediatric clients
- Work alongside Occupational Therapists, Psychology, Behaviour Support, Counselling and Therapy Assistants
- Slowly build up to around 4 to 5 client appointments per day with no billable KPIs
- Full-time position with flexibility around start and finish times
- Weekly clinical supervision from experienced senior clinicians
- Weekly individual supervision for every clinician
- Structured mentoring ideal for new graduates and early career Speech Pathologists
- Experienced clinical leadership including dedicated Speech Pathology seniors and Clinical Leads
- Purpose-built therapy facilities across two modern clinics
- Strong multidisciplinary collaboration across a team of approximately 60 staff
- Dedicated administration team managing scheduling and client enquiries
- Professional development budget tailored to your learning goals
- Annual salary reviews with regular recognition and performance bonuses
- Balanced daily caseload with no traditional KPI or billable hour targets
- Genuine opportunities to progress into Senior Speech Pathologist or leadership positions

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA membership or eligibility for membership
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Current driver's licence and vehicle
- Passion for working with clients across the lifespan or an interest in developing this area
- $80,000 to $115,000 + Super, depending on experience
