heart-circle-plus-regular   Whats on Offer:

Description

Our client is an established multidisciplinary allied health provider delivering Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Music Therapy, Feeding Therapy, group programs and Allied Health Assistant services.

With more than 25 years in practice, the provider has built a strong reputation for family-centred and neurodiversity-affirming care. The team works collaboratively across disciplines, with a shared focus on educating families and building skills that extend beyond individual therapy sessions.

You will join a substantial Speech Pathology team alongside Occupational Therapists, Music Therapists, Allied Health Assistants, Team Leads and a dedicated Client Care team.

About the Role:

This Speech Pathology position supports clients across the lifespan, with a predominantly paediatric caseload and growing opportunities across adult and aged care services.

Your week may include:

  • Assessment and therapy for communication, feeding and participation goals
  • Supporting neurodivergent children and young people within a family-centred framework
  • Opportunities to work with adult and aged care clients as these services expand
  • Predominantly clinic-based appointments across Birkdale and Bulimba
  • Occasional school, home and community-based visits
  • Working collaboratively with families, educators and other allied health clinicians
  • Contributing to group programs, educator workshops or disability provider training
  • 50-minute therapy sessions with 20 minutes allocated for non-face-to-face work
  • Completing eligible report writing and non-face-to-face work from home
  • Morning and afternoon clinic sessions, with the clinics closed between 12:30pm and 1:30pm
Services are delivered through the NDIS, Medicare, private health and private funding arrangements. The provider also delivers quarterly outreach services in Cairns, supported by telehealth between visits.

Why this Role:
  • Structured six-month onboarding program for new graduate clinicians
  • Weekly clinical supervision for new graduates
  • Fortnightly clinical supervision for experienced clinicians
  • Separate clinical supervisor and line manager for every clinician
  • Fortnightly multidisciplinary peer learning groups of approximately four to five clinicians
  • Established Speech Pathology team with access to multidisciplinary learning
  • Strong administrative support from a dedicated Client Care team
  • Bookings, invoicing and client communication managed by administrative staff
  • Leadership pathways based on capability and performance rather than tenure
  • Opportunities to develop experience across feeding, training, consulting and early intervention
  • Growing exposure to adult and aged care service delivery
  • Flexible work from home for eligible report writing and non-face-to-face tasks
  • Regular team development activities, interstate workshops and culture events
About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
  • Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to work across clinic and occasional community-based settings
  • Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for community appointments
Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary from $88,000 - $113,000 + super
  • Structured six-month onboarding program for new graduates
  • Weekly or fortnightly clinical supervision, based on experience
  • Separate clinical supervisor and line manager
  • Flexible work from home for eligible non-face-to-face work
  • Dedicated Client Care support for bookings, invoicing and client communication
  • Fortnightly multidisciplinary peer learning
  • Regular professional development, workshops and team activities
  • Access to established clinical, operational, marketing and business development support
What’s on Offer:

This is an opportunity to join an established Speech Pathology team where supervision, multidisciplinary collaboration and family-centred care are built into the service model.

The role offers a predominantly paediatric caseload while allowing clinicians to broaden their experience across feeding, adult and aged care services as the organisation continues to grow.

About E4 People:

E4 People has been a specialist healthcare recruitment partner since 2012. Over the past decade, we have built deep relationships across allied health, aged care and hospital settings throughout Australia.

When you work with us, you get more than a single job opening. You get a recruiter who understands the sector, knows the leadership teams, and can talk honestly about culture, career pathways and where your skills will be valued.

What this looks like in practice:
  • A dedicated consultant who works with you on your career, not just this role
  • Honest market insight on salary, growth and where the sector is moving
  • Discreet, professional handling at every stage
  • We do not share your details without permission
  • Ongoing support post-placement, because the right fit matters longer than the offer date
If this sounds like the right environment for the next stage of your clinical career, we would love to hear from you.
