Our client is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider supporting children, adults and families across Greater Brisbane.
The team delivers Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy through community visits, schools, day care settings and telehealth. Services are participant and family focused, with an emphasis on personalised therapy, collaboration and practical outcomes.
Speech Pathology services include communication therapy, assistive technology, feeding and swallowing support across NDIS and private caseloads.
About the Role
This is a mobile Speech Pathologist position supporting a mixed paediatric and adult caseload across Greater Brisbane.
Your role may include:
- Supporting NDIS and private clients across paediatric and adult caseloads
- Delivering therapy in homes, schools, day care settings and the community
- Providing communication, assistive technology, feeding and swallowing supports within your scope of practice
- Tailoring your caseload toward your preferred age groups and clinical interests where possible
- Managing your own bookings with autonomy over how your week is structured
- Working within designated location days to reduce unnecessary travel
- Receiving referrals close to home where service demand and scheduling allow
- Collaborating with Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy colleagues
- Salary of up to $130,000 + super, based on experience
- Flexibility to shape your paediatric and adult caseload
- Autonomy over bookings and weekly scheduling
- Fully mobile service model with travel grouped into efficient location days
- Work allocated close to home where possible
- Established Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy team leads

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Comfortable delivering services through a mobile community-based model
- Full Australian working rights
