We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a well-established, multidisciplinary team delivering services across the lifespan in a modern, purpose-built clinic environment.

Salary & Flexibility

• Competitive salary package ranging from $90,000 - $120,000
• Flexible working hours with part-time and full-time options available
• Primarily clinic-based role with optional mobile work

• Provide evidence-based speech pathology services across the lifespan
• Work primarily in-clinic with the option to take on mobile visits if desired
• Manage a realistic caseload with an average of 4–5 clients per day
• Opportunity for senior clinicians to contribute to program development, including emerging home visit services
• Potential pathway into a Senior or leadership-focused position

• Large, multidisciplinary team of clinicians including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Therapy Assistants
• Fully equipped clinic locations with modern facilities and teeming with resources
• Dedicated administrative team managing bookings, enquiries and diary coordination
• Strong leadership structure including experienced Clinic Manager, Clinical Leads and Senior clinicians
• Weekly supervision provided to all clinicians
