Our client is a growing multidisciplinary allied health and community services provider supporting clients across the Sunshine Coast and broader Queensland. The allied health team delivers Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Physiotherapy and Allied Health Assistant support through a community-focused model.
The service supports NDIS participants and families across clinic, home, school, community and telehealth settings. Speech Pathology caseloads are primarily paediatric, with AAC, neurodiversity, neurological presentations, sensory needs and complex communication commonly seen, alongside opportunities to work across the lifespan.
About the Role:
This is a Speech Pathology position suited to new graduates, early to mid-career clinicians and experienced Speech Pathologists looking for a growing multidisciplinary environment.
Your week may include:
- A primarily paediatric caseload, with some lifespan opportunities
- Supporting NDIS participants with communication, AAC, neurodiversity, neurological and complex support needs
- Clinic-based assessment and therapy
- Community visits across schools, homes and community settings
- Telehealth where appropriate
- Working alongside OTs, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants
- Access to dedicated administration support
- Pool cars available for community visits
- Flexibility across service delivery locations

- New Grads earning from $90,000 + super!!
- $100,000 - $105,000 for mid-career clinicians
- Senior Speech Pathologists earning from $115,000 + super onwards!
- $2,500 PD budget
