About the Role
This opportunity is ideal for a new graduate or early career Speech Pathologist looking to build a strong clinical foundation within a structured and supportive environment.
Your role will include:
- Caseload of predominantly paediatric clients and some adult referrals, with opportunities to develop areas of clinical interest
- Work with a diverse range of communication, language, speech, literacy, social communication and swallowing presentations across the lifespan
- Approximately 70% clinic-based work, with optional home visits available
- Purpose-built therapy clinics with dedicated assessment and treatment spaces
- Weekly clinical supervision
- Structured graduate program designed to build confidence across a broad range of presentations
- Full-time position with flexibility around working hours
- Full administration support managing bookings, enquiries and diary coordination
- Structured New Graduate Program with ongoing mentoring and education
- Shadowing initially with a gradual build up of your own caseload
- Weekly supervision with experienced clinical leaders
- Approachable and experienced team includes Clinic Manager, Clinical Leads and Senior Speech Pathologists
- Large multidisciplinary team including Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology

- Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia or eligibility to obtain it
