Description

Our client is an established paediatric allied health provider supporting children, young people and families across the Gold Coast. Operating through a profit-for-purpose model, the organisation reinvests its profits into child protection and family support initiatives.

The service brings Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology together within a collaborative, family-centred model. Families can access multiple disciplines from the same clinic, creating genuine opportunities for coordinated therapy, shared clinical thinking and multidisciplinary support.

This is a paediatric Speech Pathologist position supporting children and young people aged 0 to 18, along with their families and key stakeholders.

Your role will include:

  • Primarily clinic-based assessment and intervention

  • Working with privately funded, NDIS, Medicare and private health clients
  • Collaboration with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and clinical managers
  • Family-centred goal setting and stakeholder communication
  • Report writing and non-face-to-face clinical activities, which count towards billable expectations
  • A transparent target of 5.1 billable hours per day, inclusive of face-to-face therapy, non-face-to-face work and report writing
  • Telehealth or school, home and centre-based visits where clinically required
Discipline-aligned clinical support is built into the service model, with structured supervision and regular Speech Pathology case discussions.

Why this Role
  • Fortnightly discipline-aligned clinical supervision
  • Fortnightly Speech Pathology case discussions
  • Monthly clinical manager supervision focused on calendars, workload and work-life balance
  • On-site clinical leadership and multidisciplinary support
  • Clinic-based service model with access to Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology colleagues

  • Full administration support
  • Flexible work options available
  • Profit-for-purpose model supporting broader child and family services
About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
  • Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
  • Interest or experience working with children and young people aged 0 to 18
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Willingness to work primarily from a Gold Coast clinic
Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary from $90,000 - $115,000 + super

What’s on Offer:

This role offers the structure of a clinic-based paediatric caseload with genuine access to discipline-specific supervision and multidisciplinary support.

You will join an established provider where clinical development, workload visibility and family-centred practice are built into the service model. The profit-for-purpose structure also means your work contributes to broader outcomes for children and families.

About E4 People:

E4 People has been a specialist healthcare recruitment partner since 2012. Over the past decade, we have built deep relationships across allied health, aged care and hospital settings throughout Australia.

When you work with us, you get more than a single job opening. You get a recruiter who understands the sector, knows the leadership teams, and can talk honestly about culture, career pathways and where your skills will be valued.

What this looks like in practice:
  • A dedicated consultant who works with you on your career, not just this role
  • Honest market insight on salary, growth and where the sector is moving
  • Discreet, professional handling at every stage
  • We do not share your details without permission
  • Ongoing support post-placement, because the right fit matters longer than the offer date
If this sounds like the right environment for the next stage of your clinical career, we would love to hear from you.
