Our client is an established paediatric allied health provider supporting children, young people and families across the Gold Coast. Operating through a profit-for-purpose model, the organisation reinvests its profits into child protection and family support initiatives.
The service brings Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology together within a collaborative, family-centred model. Families can access multiple disciplines from the same clinic, creating genuine opportunities for coordinated therapy, shared clinical thinking and multidisciplinary support.
About the Role:
This is a paediatric Speech Pathologist position supporting children and young people aged 0 to 18, along with their families and key stakeholders.
Your role will include:
- Primarily clinic-based assessment and intervention
- A paediatric caseload spanning speech, language, literacy and communication needs
- Working with privately funded, NDIS, Medicare and private health clients
- Collaboration with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and clinical managers
- Family-centred goal setting and stakeholder communication
- Report writing and non-face-to-face clinical activities, which count towards billable expectations
- A transparent target of 5.1 billable hours per day, inclusive of face-to-face therapy, non-face-to-face work and report writing
- Telehealth or school, home and centre-based visits where clinically required

- Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one

- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Willingness to work primarily from a Gold Coast clinic
- Salary from $90,000 - $115,000 + super
