Our client is an established paediatric allied health provider in North Lakes, supporting children, young people and families through an integrated multidisciplinary model.
The team brings together Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology, with a collaborative, family-centred approach that allows families to access multiple disciplines in one setting. Clinicians are supported by structured supervision, clinical resources and administration support, with a strong focus on development and sustainable clinical practice.

This role would suit a Speech Pathologist looking for a structured paediatric environment where multidisciplinary support and clinical supervision are built into the way the service operates.
You will have access to:
- Primarily clinic-based work from the North Lakes location
- Salary from $95,000 to $115,000 + Super
- Paediatric caseload spanning 0 to 18 years
- MDT support across Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology

This is a paediatric Speech Pathologist position based primarily in the North Lakes clinic, supporting children and young people aged 0 to 18 alongside their families and relevant stakeholders.
Your week may include:
- Clinic-based Speech Pathology assessment and intervention
- Supporting children and young people aged 0 to 18
- Working with families and relevant stakeholders around therapy goals
- Collaboration with Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists
- Report writing and other non-face-to-face clinical work as part of your billable hours
- Home, school or centre visits where clinically required
- Working within a target of 5.1 billable hours per day, including face-to-face, non-face-to-face and report writing activities
- Fortnightly clinical supervision and regular Speech Pathology case discussions
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
- Willingness to work primarily from the North Lakes clinic
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Australian working rights appropriate to the position
