Working alongside experienced Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Counsellors, Physiotherapists and more while receiving the support, resources and mentoring needed to develop confidence in your clinical skills. The role offers a flexible mix of clinic-based, community and telehealth services, with the opportunity to completely tailor your caseload to your preferred areas.
About the role:
- Choose to work with clients across the lifespan or a specialised caseload tailored to your interests
- Located in Liverpool utilise a purpose built clinic equipped with sensory gym and therapy resources
- Work with clients from their clinic as well as in the community at schools or homes
- Open to full time or part time (minimum 3 days per week)
- Weekly mentoring and scheduled clinical supervision tailored to your comfortability
- Structured onboarding with gradual caseload build
- Regular professional development opportunities
- Ongoing support from experienced senior clinicians
- Full administrative support including bookings, scheduling and client management
- Allied Health Assistant support for resource development and therapy implementation
- Access to sensory gyms and purpose-built therapy resources
- Balanced caseload with no billable hours pressure
- Flexible working arrangements including work-from-home opportunities
- High level of autonomy in managing your caseload
- Social and supportive team culture with regular lunches and team events
- Clear career progression pathways into Team Leader, Clinical Educator or Management positions
- Opportunity to develop specialist clinical interests
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Drivers license and vehicle

- $80,000 - $100,000 Super, tailored to experience
- Structured internal PD and generous external PD allowance
- Reimbursment for travel per km
