Description

Launch your Speech Pathology career with a highly supportive multidisciplinary team in South West Sydney. With weekly mentoring, structured supervision and flexible work options, this is an outstanding opportunity for an early career clinician seeking both professional growth and work-life balance.

Working alongside experienced Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Counsellors, Physiotherapists and more while receiving the support, resources and mentoring needed to develop confidence in your clinical skills. The role offers a flexible mix of clinic-based, community and telehealth services, with the opportunity to completely tailor your caseload to your preferred areas.

About the role:

  • Choose to work with clients across the lifespan or a specialised caseload tailored to your interests
  • Located in Liverpool utilise a purpose built clinic equipped with sensory gym and therapy resources
  • Work with clients from their clinic as well as in the community at schools or homes
  • Open to full time or part time (minimum 3 days per week)
Why this role:
  • Weekly mentoring and scheduled clinical supervision tailored to your comfortability
  • Structured onboarding with gradual caseload build
  • Regular professional development opportunities
  • Ongoing support from experienced senior clinicians
  • Full administrative support including bookings, scheduling and client management
  • Allied Health Assistant support for resource development and therapy implementation
  • Access to sensory gyms and purpose-built therapy resources
  • Balanced caseload with no billable hours pressure
  • Flexible working arrangements including work-from-home opportunities
  • High level of autonomy in managing your caseload
  • Social and supportive team culture with regular lunches and team events
  • Clear career progression pathways into Team Leader, Clinical Educator or Management positions
  • Opportunity to develop specialist clinical interests
About you:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology

  • Full Australian working rights

  • Structured internal PD and generous external PD allowance
  • Reimbursment for travel per km
  • Gradual increase to your caseload and real informal and structured supports!
If you are looking for a clinic where the team values clinical excellence as much as clinician wellbeing, where supervision and PD are built in rather than optional, and where caseload variety builds your skill set rather than burns you out, this role is worth a conversation.

  • Discreet, professional handling at every stage. We do not share your details without permission
  • Ongoing support post placement, because the right fit matters longer than the offer date
We are proud that many of the candidates we place return to us years later for their next career move.
