Description
Our client is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider supporting NDIS participants and aged care clients across Greater Brisbane, Moreton Bay and Redlands.
The team delivers mobile and clinic-based therapy across homes, schools, childcare centres, community settings, supported accommodation and two clinic sites in Redlands. You will work alongside Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, Dietetics, Exercise Physiology and broader allied health clinicians.
The Speech Pathology team is growing in response to strong referral demand, with the option to choose between a paediatric or mixed caseload. Mixed caseloads may include adults across aged care, dysphagia, acquired brain injury and NDIS therapy, depending on your experience and clinical interests.
About the Role:
This is a Speech Pathologist role based around Redlands, with access to both clinic and community-based work.
Your week may include:
- Supporting children and/or adults across NDIS-funded therapy goals
- A strong paediatric caseload, with mixed caseload options available
- Clinic sessions from Redlands sites
- Mobile therapy across homes, schools, childcare centres and community settings
- Telehealth where clinically appropriate
- Working closely with a Speech Pathology lead and broader MDT
- Fortnightly team meetings and flexible supervision based on your needs
- Full-time or flexible arrangements to be confirmed

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
- Experience or strong interest in paediatric Speech Pathology
- Comfortable working across clinic, home, school and community settings
- Driver’s licence and access to reliable transport
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
- Salary from $85,000 to $110,000 super
- $2,500 PD budget
