Description

This team is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider supporting children, adolescents and adults across clinic, community and disability services. They include Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Disability Support Workers, they have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred services across the lifespan.

Unlike many providers operating predominantly in the community, this service is largely clinic based, giving clinicians access to extensive therapy resources, assessment tools, multidisciplinary support and purpose-built infrastructure that helps deliver high-quality outcomes.

About the Role

This Speech Pathology position offers flexibility across career stages, making it suitable for early career, developing and experienced clinicians.

Your caseload may include:

  • Primarily school-aged children and adolescents
  • Children with developmental, communication and social communication needs
  • NDIS-funded participants and community-based clients
  • Opportunities to work across the lifespan depending on experience and interest
  • Clinic-based therapy with some community engagement where required
  • Assessment, intervention and goal-focused therapy programs
  • Collaboration with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners
  • Full-time and part-time options available

About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
  • Current driver's licence
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Current Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Interest in supporting paediatric and adolescent clients

  • $85,000 - $115,000 Super
