Beenleigh, Queensland

Details

briefcase-regular-1   Work Type: Permanent

square-dollar-regular   Salary Range: $90,001 - $100,000

heart-circle-plus-regular   Whats on Offer:

Description

Our client is an established multidisciplinary allied health and disability provider supporting NDIS participants across South Brisbane and surrounding areas.

The organisation delivers Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy through a coordinated model of care. Services are provided in the clinic, at home and across community settings, allowing clinicians to shape their caseload around their experience, clinical interests and participant needs.

About the Role:

This Speech Pathologist position can be tailored toward paediatric work or a mixed-age caseload.

Depending on your preferred clinical focus, your week may involve:

  • Supporting children, adolescents or adults with communication and swallowing needs
  • Delivering assessments and evidence-based intervention in clinic, home and community settings
  • Working with participants funded through the NDIS
  • Supporting speech, language, literacy, social communication or functional communication goals
  • Collaborating with families, carers, support coordinators and other treating clinicians
  • Working alongside Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists
  • Using fleet vehicles for community-based appointments
  • Participating in regular supervision, case reviews and discipline-specific learning
  • Contributing to the supervision or mentoring of developing clinicians if you are joining at a senior level
Why this Role:
  • Option to focus on paediatrics or maintain a broader mixed-age caseload
  • Established multidisciplinary support across Speech Pathology, OT and Physiotherapy
  • Clinic and community service delivery rather than a fully mobile model
  • Regular guidance from experienced senior clinicians
  • Support structures suitable for new graduates and early-career Speech Pathologists
  • Scope for senior clinicians to mentor and supervise other team members
  • $2,000 annual professional development allowance, subject to confirmation
  • Four CPD leave days each year, subject to confirmation
  • Weekly Friday learning sessions with case studies, clinical updates and team discussions
  • Discipline and interest-group meetings, including paediatric-focused sessions
  • Fleet vehicles available for community travel
  • Opportunities to develop experience across a broad range of NDIS communication needs
About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
  • Australian working rights
  • Current Australian driver’s licence
Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary from $90,000 to $120,000 + super, based on experience
  • $2,000 annual professional development allowance
  • Four CPD leave days per year
  • Clinical supervision from experienced senior therapists
  • Fleet vehicle access for community appointments
  • Incentive payments for billable hours above the standard target
  • Weekly team learning and multidisciplinary case discussions
  • Paediatric and discipline-specific professional development sessions
  • Mentoring and supervision opportunities for senior clinicians
What’s on Offer:

This role offers the flexibility to pursue a paediatric focus or retain a broader NDIS caseload without losing access to an established clinical team.

You will have multidisciplinary support, regular learning opportunities and a mix of clinic and community work, with a salary package that reflects your level of experience.

About E4 People:

E4 People has been a specialist healthcare recruitment partner since 2012. Over the past decade, we have built deep relationships across allied health, aged care and hospital settings throughout Australia.

When you work with us, you get more than a single job opening. You get a recruiter who understands the sector, knows the leadership teams, and can talk honestly about culture, career pathways and where your skills will be valued.

What this looks like in practice:
  • A dedicated consultant who works with you on your career, not just this role
  • Honest market insight on salary, growth and where the sector is moving
  • Discreet, professional handling at every stage
  • We do not share your details without permission
  • Ongoing support post-placement, because the right fit matters longer than the offer date
If this sounds like the right environment for the next stage of your clinical career, we would love to hear from you.
