Are you an experienced Speech Pathologist ready to step into a genuine leadership role where your input, wellbeing and clinical expertise are valued?

With continued growth and a passionate leadership team, they’re now seeking a Speech Pathologist Team Leader to support and mentor their expanding speech team.

About the Role
- Lead and support a growing Speech Pathology team
- Provide supervision, mentoring and day-to-day clinical support to therapists and new graduates
- Support clinician development, onboarding and team culture initiatives
- Maintain a reduced and manageable clinical caseload alongside leadership duties
- Opportunity to work across clinic, community or a hybrid model depending on preference
- Work closely with leadership to help shape sustainable workloads and clinician wellbeing
- Be a visible and approachable support person for the wider allied health team
- Contribute to ongoing growth as the organisation continues expanding across multiple locations
- Play a key role in building a positive and well-known reputation within the local community
- Providing supervision and mentorship to Speech Pathologists and new graduates
- Supporting day-to-day clinical questions and team development
- Assisting with onboarding and clinician growth
- Managing a reduced clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative and flexible team culture
- Working closely with leadership to support sustainable clinician wellbeing
- Growing multidisciplinary allied health team
- Experienced admin and reception support team
- Flexible and understanding leadership style
- Strong focus on clinician wellbeing and avoiding burnout
