About the Role

• Lead and support a growing Speech Pathology team
• Provide supervision, mentoring and day-to-day clinical support to therapists and new graduates
• Support clinician development, onboarding and team culture initiatives
• Maintain a reduced and manageable clinical caseload alongside leadership duties
• Opportunity to work across clinic, community or a hybrid model depending on preference
• Work closely with leadership to help shape sustainable workloads and clinician wellbeing
• Be a visible and approachable support person for the wider allied health team
• Contribute to ongoing growth as the organisation continues expanding across multiple locations
• Play a key role in building a positive and well-known reputation within the local community

• Providing supervision and mentorship to Speech Pathologists and new graduates
• Supporting day-to-day clinical questions and team development
• Assisting with onboarding and clinician growth
• Managing a reduced clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative and flexible team culture
• Working closely with leadership to support sustainable clinician wellbeing
