Lead & Grow a Home Care Service
An established, community-focused aged care provider is looking for a Support at Home Manager to take the lead during one of the biggest reforms in the sector.
This is your opportunity to step into a role with real autonomy, drive the transition to Support at Home, and grow a service with strong backing and purpose.

The Role
You’ll take full ownership of the home care program, leading the transition from Home Care Packages to Support at Home while ensuring quality, compliance, and growth.
Key focus areas:
- Lead and implement Support at Home transition
- Oversee service delivery, compliance, and client outcomes
- Manage and develop a team of ~15 staff
- Drive growth through referrals and community engagement
- Ensure operational performance and sustainability
What You Bring
- Experience in Home Care / Community Aged Care
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong understanding of aged care compliance and funding
- Ability to work autonomously in a regional setting
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Exposure to Support at Home / aged care reforms
