Lead & Grow a Home Care Service 
 
An established, community-focused aged care provider is looking for a Support at Home Manager to take the lead during one of the biggest reforms in the sector.
This is your opportunity to step into a role with real autonomy, drive the transition to Support at Home, and grow a service with strong backing and purpose.

• Experience in Home Care / Community Aged Care
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong understanding of aged care compliance and funding
• Ability to work autonomously in a regional setting
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills

• Exposure to Support at Home / aged care reforms

• Salary starting at $100K Super (flexible for the right candidate)
