Travel Registered Nurse - Aged Care Opportunities NSW / VIC / QLD

About the Role
As a Travel RN, you’ll provide essential clinical care and leadership across a range of aged care facilities. You’ll have the chance to make an impact wherever you go, supporting residents and staff while gaining valuable experience in diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to aged care residents
• Perform assessments, manage care plans, and maintain accurate documentation
• Administer medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines
• Lead and support Personal Care Workers during shifts
• Ensure care meets AHPRA and aged care compliance standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and allied health professionals

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years experience in aged care or a clinical setting
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Confidence working autonomously and adapting to new settings
• Up-to-date Police Check (within 12 months)
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (as per health directives)
