One of the company’s first employees, Katie has grown into a senior leader recognised for her solutions-focused approach and knack for bringing out the best in her team of recruiters.

Originally from Wales in the UK, Katie hasn’t lost touch with her roots. Leading the Aged Care NSW, Hospitals and Remote Care division, Katie’s focus remains on ensuring strong, supportive connections - whether within her team or with clients.
