As our Operations Manager, Lil oversees a diverse set of responsibilities, from systems management and legal matters to HR, risk, incidents, compliance teams, and even the VA and after-hours teams. Her dedication ensures that no detail is too small and no challenge goes unattended.

Lil is a master of resolutions - she remains focused on finding practical solutions and is often the answer to most of our questions. Her energy is infectious, and from the moment she walks through the door, she lifts the atmosphere across the office with her positivity and can-do attitude.
