With a background spanning learning and development, coaching and HR, Rachel ties the whole employee journey together, from onboarding through progression and wellbeing, turning it into one connected experience. Her initiatives are thoughtfully crafted, strengthening both our people and E4 as a whole, and always built on the belief that people are the most important part of the business.
