Recommend someone great and we'll thank you for it. Whether your friend is after agency shifts or a permanent role, there's a bonus in it for you once they get started with E4.

Referral for Agency Staff

Refer a friend to agency work with E4 and earn a bonus once they commence and complete their shifts.

• Registered Nurses (RNs): Once your friend commences work, they have 12 weeks to complete 10 shifts. Once they do, you'll receive $250.

• Assistants in Nursing (AINs): Once your friend commences work, they have 12 weeks to complete 20 shifts. Once they do, you'll receive $150.

Your friend must be registered with a professional body to be eligible to work with E4. Please contact your E4 People consultant once your friend has completed their eligible shifts with us. Your referral bonus cannot be claimed beforehand.

Referral for Permanent Roles

Refer your friend to a permanent position with E4.

Refer a friend to a permanent role through E4, and earn $250 once your friend has completed their probation period.

Contact your E4 People consultant with the following details of your friend and they'll be in touch:

• Your friend's full name
• Your friend's email
• Your friend's phone number
• Your friend's current job title and experience
