Step 1 – 100 points of ID

In Australia, the 100 points of ID system is just a way of combining documents, like your passport or driver’s license, to add up to 100 points. It's a standard step to verify who you are and link your qualifications when signing up with healthcare agencies.

What is 100 points of ID?

Do you have a license, passport, and a nearby pharmacy? This is a common combination of documents to meet the 100 points of ID and get them certified conveniently.

We recommend visiting a pharmacy to get your documents certified, as they’re often open late. This allows you to finish your shift and make a quick stop on your way home!

Document Combinations

What ID documents can I provide?

However, to link the documents together, we require at least one form of proof to confirm the name change. This could include a change of name certificate or marriage certificate.
2. I am currently unable to meet the 100 points requirement. What can I do? If you're unable to provide sufficient ID, we cannot proceed with your registration at this time. However, we can place your application on hold while you gather the necessary documents and pick things back up later!
3. My ID documents have been photocopied on different pages. Do I have to combine them? No, you don’t need to combine your ID documents. You can submit them as separate files, and we will merge these. Just make sure that the certifying details are included on the same page as the corresponding ID.
