AHPRA Certificates
AHPRA registrations are mandatory for all Enrolled Nurses, Registered Nurses and Clinical Facility Manager positions and must be up to date prior to registering to work.
This step is not required for AIN/PCA, Chef/Cook, Food Service Assistants or non-clinical Facility Managers.
Certificate
Have a valid AHPRA Certificate?
Please send your certificate to our Compliance Officer. You can follow these steps:

1. Go to the AHPRA website and login
Go to the 'Ahpra portal' button, and then select the 'Practitioner login' and enter your login details.

2. Download your registration certificate

3. Email this to your Compliance Officer
Attach it to an email and hit send!
Renewal
Does your AHPRA certificate need renewing?
If you are yet to renew your AHPRA registration, please do so through Ahpra - you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the AHPRA website and login
Go to the 'Ahpra portal' button, and then select the 'Practitioner login' and enter your login details.

2. Click on 'Manage My Renewal'
Follow the next steps after you've clicked on the link.

3. Once approved, download your certificate
After Ahpra have confirmed your registration renewal, you will be able to download your certificate from your Ahpra portal. You'll need to email this to you Compliance Officer.

Here's a few we get asked alot...
1. I have restrictions on my AHPRA, can I still work?
If you have restrictions on your AHPRA, please raise this with your consultant or compliance officer as soon as possible to confirm whether you can proceed with next steps.
2. I have lost my AHPRA certificate, what do I do?
An online AHPRA check will be conducted internally by the compliance team to ensure your application can proceed.
3. I am currently in the process of applying or renewing my AHPRA registration. Can I work in the meantime?
If you do not have a valid AHPRA registration, you will be unable to work until this has been granted.
4. I am in the process of renewing my registration. Can I be made compliant in the meantime?
We understand that having your AHPRA renewed can take time. If you have completed the necessary steps to renew your registration, including submitting evidence of your CPD, we can continue with your registration in the meantime. This means, you will be ready to start picking up shifts as soon as your registration is renewed!
