Remember...
- All qualifications must be obtained from institutions in Australia or New Zealand.
- The training provider that issued your certificate must be a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)if used in in Australia.
- Enrolment letters cannot be accepted as proof of qualification.
- Qualification certificates must be issued prior to your relevant experience in order to be accepted.
Assistant In Nursing
- Certificate III in Disability
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Certificate III in Aged Care
- Certificate IV in Disability or Aged Care
- Health Services Assistance
- Certificate IV in Aged Care
- Evidence of the completion of first or second year of Bachelor of Nursing.
Enrolled Nurse
This is optional if AHPRA certificate is supplied.

Here's a few we get asked alot...
1. My Assistant in Nursing or Carer qualification was issued overseas, can I use this?
All qualifications must be issued in Australia so unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with your application without this.
2. I do not have evidence as I completed my qualification a long time ago. What can I do?
If you are an Enrolled or Registered Nurse, we can use your AHPRA registration in place of your qualification. However, if you are registering to work as an Assistant in Nursing, we must have evidence of the completion of your training. We suggest that you contact the training provider and request a letter to confirm the completion of your qualification. Alternatively, we can review your transcript and use this if it confirms that you completed all modules/ units of the qualification.
3. I am currently studying my Bachelor of Nursing. How can I find my evidence?
We must receive evidence of the completion of your first or second year of your bachelor's degree certificate. A common option is to provide your academic transcript which details the completion status of each unit.
4. My qualification was issued in Australia but I am unsure if the training provider was listed as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). What can I do?
Just send your certificate through to us and we will let you if we can proceed with your application with the supplied certificate.
