Training and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) are vital for compliance, demonstrating our team's readiness and safety skills.
Remember... Certificates must be valid for at least 2 months at submission, and all training must be completed before your first shift.

CPR/First Aid training
Make sure...
- The training provider that issued your certificate is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Australia.
- The certificate includes the relevant unit code
What certificate do I need?
- Registered Nurses & Enrolled Nurses require a minimum of valid CPR
- AINs require both valid First Aid and CPR certificates
How long is my certificate valid for?
The certificates are valid for the dates mentioned below, unless something different is noted on the certificate itself.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Infection Control
Make sure that your training for PPE and Infection Control has been completed after 2020 and issued in Australia.

Infection Control
If you have not completed a module in Infection Control, you can do so on Sentrient which we recommend.
Ausmed modules
A mandatory medication safety training plan has been developed specifically for our staff through Ausmed. Please contact the Compliance Team at compliance@e4people.com.au to receive an invitation to register with Ausmed and access the required training modules listed below.

Ausmed is an online platform that provides healthcare professionals with access to a range of accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses. Once you have access to your account and have completed your training, you are welcome to complete other modules. The good news is – the hours that you spend completing these modules can be contributed towards your yearly registration.
