1. I completed Manual Handling training through a non-healthcare RTO provider. Is this valid? No, we are unable to obtain non-healthcare Manual Handling certificates. Manual Handling training that is specific to the Healthcare sector covers areas such as lifting, carrying, or moving patients, and requires specific techniques to ensure the safety of both the caregiver and the patient.
2. I completed Manual Handling training through my qualification. Can I use this instead of getting a certificate? Yes, if you provide evidence of your transcript with the year of completion of this unit, we can accept this.
3. Does E4 recommend a training website for First Aid/CPR/BLS?? Yes, we recommend TPC Training where you can complete your CPR training, entirely online! Please note, we do not have a partnership or professional affiliation with this website.
4. I completed First Aid training through my qualification. Can I use this instead of getting a certificate? Yes, if you provide evidence of your transcript with the year of completion of the First Aid unit, we can accept this.
5. I have completed medication safety training already. Can I use this certificate? We require our staff to complete the mandatory training through AUSMED. This way, we can ensure that our staff are prepared with the same knowledge and skills before they begin work.
