How WHS Works in Labour Hire
In labour hire arrangements, safety is a shared responsibility:
-
E4 People – your employer: We manage your employment conditions, provide WHS training and consultation, and ensure you are assigned to roles that are safe and appropriate.
-
The host organisation – your worksite: The host oversees daily supervision, identifies site-specific hazards, maintains equipment, and enforces safe work procedures.
-
Working together for safety: E4 and our host partners collaborate to manage risks, address incidents, and continuously improve safety outcomes.
